二零零八年六月十二日·香港—作為由金融界精英組成的民間慈善團體，真愛夢想教育基金會（真愛夢想）在汶川地震發生後總共募集捐款超過二百萬元人民幣，並運用現代管理思想，高效地佈置並且實施一系列災後救援專案。在救災行動中，真愛夢想得到了來自於上海市民政局，中國紅十字會，救災協調辦公室，中國東方航空公司，深圳航空公司等機構、企業全方位的信任和支持。

 

上海市民政局局長方國平先生對真愛夢想在賑災中的表現給予高度的評價，已經批准同意由民政局直接作為主管單位，在上海正式申請設立民間公益組織“上海真愛夢想公益基金會”。

 

基金會創始人之一的吳沖先生表示，真愛夢想的現代管理思想在救援專案中扮演著至關重要的角色。在真愛夢想中，除了吳先生之外的7名主要會員亦都在知名金融機構中擔任高層管理職務。“在救災物資的物流管理中，他們的競爭力和職業素養必不可少。”吳沖曾任國泰君安證券收購兼併部總經理，興安證券副總裁，CHARDAN CAPITAL LLC董事總經理。

 

基金會現任會長，創始人之一的潘江雪對基金會的努力成果感到相當自豪，並用“非凡”二字形容基金會救災行動。僅在地震發生後的第二天，基金會已募集捐款48萬元人民幣，5558頂帳篷和2400個睡袋。並且，這些救災物資在第二天就順利運抵災區。目前運抵災區的賑災物資仍在不斷增加。

收到捐款之後，真愛夢想第一時間通過互聯網將義烏市場上的帳篷一掃而光，平均每頂帳篷的價格在40至50元人民幣間，比市面上的平均價格便宜一半。而隨著救災行動的擴大，救災物資的需求不斷增加，其價格也水漲船高到十倍甚至幾十倍。在這樣的情況下，真愛夢想以專業管理經驗而有的應對能力、反應能力可見一斑。

 

到2008年5月20日為止，真愛夢想已經募集到了10198頂救災帳篷（占全國總量的3.66%）。在這些“非凡”的數字的背後，是真愛夢想團隊成員的不懈努力和堅定信念。正是這些，才讓團隊克服了資金短缺，資源緊張，空中貨運困難等種種障礙。“這是基金會和政府部門的第一次合作，在合作中，基金會表現了出色的能力和高昂的熱情。基金會的志願者們與6個政府部門開展了有效的協調合作，”潘女士說。

 

對於基金會團隊在救災行動中的努力，潘江雪深受鼓舞。她相信這種成功不僅源自于基金會成員個人深厚的職業背景，同時也是成員間有效的協同效應以及團隊對於共同目標的信念。

New Application of Modern Management Methods

in Life Saving Projects after Sichuan Quake

 

(Hong Kong, 11 June 2008) – As a non-government charity organization founded by elites from financial industry in China, the Cherished Dream China Education Foundation (Cherished Dream) has raised a donation of more than 2 million yuan for Sichuan after the quake, and practiced modern management methods in life-saving projects.

 

Mr. Fang Guoping, chairman of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, openly sang a high praise for the donation and the effort of the foundation. Besides, during the rescuing project, the foundation has received complete trust and full support from Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, Red Cross Society of China, the Co-ordination Office of Rescuing, China Eastern Airline, Shenzhen Airline, etc.

 

Mr. Wu Chong, co-founder and a leader of the foundation, pointed out the crucial role of professional management methods in the life-saving project. He revealed that the 7 core members of foundation, apart from leading the co-ordination team stationed in Chengdu, are also leading renowned financial institutions in China. “Their competitiveness and professionalism proved crucial and indispensable in this life-saving project throughout the whole logistic process of the rescuing goods.” Mr. Wu himself used to serve as Senior Manager in Guotai Junan Securities, Vice President in Xinan Securities, and Managing Director in Chardan Capital LLC.

 

Ms. Shirley Pan, another co-founder and now chairperson of the foundation, was proud of the co-effort by the team members and she called the rescue works “brilliant”. According to Ms. Pan, on the second day after the quake, the foundation had already raised a donation of 480,000 yuan, 5558 tents and 2400 sleeping bags, all of which arrived just the day after, and the number continued to increase as the effort went on.

 

With the donation fund at hand, Cherished Dream immediately bought out all tents available in Yiwu market through the internet at 40 to 50 yuan each, a price which is about 50% lower than the market average. This fast reaction proved to be “brilliant” as the price of the goods soared drastically along with its demand in the next a few days.

 

By May 20, 2008, Cherished Dream carried 10,198 tents (3.66% of the total national shipping). Yet behind the “brilliant” numbers was the teams’ hard work and strong determination, by which various shortages such as money, resources and cargo planes were overcame.

 

“It was the first time for the foundation to cooperate with the government, and we have showed outstanding energy and professionalism. Volunteers of the foundation have performed their work with six government departments both efficiently and effectively,” Ms. Pan said. She was encouraged by the rescuing effort of the team of the foundation. She believes that the achievement resulted from each individual’s deep professional experience, the joint synergy and the team’s spirit.
